Yes. Several listing video tools turn a Zillow listing link into a video automatically: you paste the link, the tool pulls in the photos and listing details, adds motion and text, and exports a video in a few minutes. VidListings reads Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, Rightmove, Zoopla, idealista, ImmobilienScout24 and realestate.com.au links, and HomeReel, Amplifiles, BetterSpace, Listing Reel Maker, HeyGen and PropWalk also take a Zillow link.
VidListings makes a listing video tool, mentioned below. We've tried to keep this guide useful whether or not you use it.
What does a link-to-video tool pull from a Zillow listing?
It reads the public listing page and copies what a video needs, so you don't download photos or type the details. Here's what VidListings takes from a link and where each part ends up:
| From the listing | Used for |
|---|---|
| Photos (up to 30 kept to choose from, 8 picked to start) | The clips: each photo becomes a 3-second clip with a camera move |
| Address | The title card and the agent card |
| Price | The title card |
| Beds and baths | The title card, or the beds & baths sticker |
| Size | Kept with the listing details; type it into a heading if you want it on screen |
Other tools pull similar data and some go further, for example by adding a voiceover and captions (see the table below). None of them pull your branding. You add your logo, name and phone once, and the tool puts them on each video.
How do I turn a Zillow listing into a video step by step?
These steps use VidListings, and most link tools follow the same order.
- Copy the listing link. Open the listing on Zillow and copy the address from your browser's address bar.
- Paste it in. The photos and details load. If the site isn't supported, upload 5 to 30 photos instead.
- Pick and order the photos. The tool picks 8 to start. Drag them into walk-through order: exterior, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, backyard. Each photo is 3 seconds, so 10 photos make a 30-second video.
- Choose the camera moves. Pick Dolly in, Dolly out, Crane up, Arc right, Arc left, Slide right or Slide left, or let Smart pick choose a move that suits each photo. The move uses the real photo and doesn't add rooms, furniture or views.
- Add a title card. Choose Just Listed, Open House, Price Improved, Just Sold or Coming Soon. The address, price, beds and baths fill in from the link.
- Add your agent card and music. Save your logo, name, brokerage, phone and email in the brand kit once, and pick a track from the music library.
- Export. Choose vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, square 1:1 for feeds, or wide 16:9 for YouTube, listing pages and the MLS. The video shows up in your dashboard a few minutes after export.
- Watch every clip full screen. If one looks off, make a new version of just that clip or trim it.
Which tools take a listing link, and which need uploads?
Checked on each tool's own site in October 2026. Features change, so check before you sign up.

| HomeReel | Yes | Zillow, plus Redfin, Realtor.com and brokerage sites | Not stated | homereel.app/zillow |
| Amplifiles | Yes | Zillow or MLS link | Voiceover in 30+ languages and captions | amplifiles.ai |

| Listing Reel Maker | Yes | Zillow or Realtor.com | Auto narration and captions | listingreelmaker.com |
| HeyGen | Yes | Zillow, Redfin or MLS link | Voiceover and captions, with an AI avatar presenter | heygen.com |

| AutoReel | Import | Realtor.com | Voiceover, including voice cloning, and captions | autoreelapp.com |

A link saves the download-and-upload step on every listing, which adds up if you post each one. An upload-only tool can still be the right pick if you like its motion or its pricing better. For a wider list, see our roundup of AI tools for real estate agents.
Can I use the photos from any Zillow listing?
No. A link tool makes copying easy, but it doesn't give you the right to use the photos. Use listing photos only for listings you represent, or with permission from the listing agent.
Listing photos are usually shot by a hired photographer and licensed for marketing that listing. The photographer's license may limit who can reuse them, where and for how long, for example after the home sells. If you're unsure, ask the listing agent or the photographer before you post. If you're a listing photographer making videos for your own clients, the same rule applies: use your own photos for the listings you shot.
Where should I post the video, including on Zillow?
On Zillow. Zillow's own video slot on a listing is a Showcase feature: one video up to 120 seconds that autoplays muted as the second item in the photo carousel, at no extra cost, uploaded by the photographer through Aryeo, with no persistent logos or watermarks (Zillow). Our guide to Zillow Showcase covers what it costs and whether it's worth it.
In the MLS virtual tour field. For a regular listing, this is the reliable route. Upload an unbranded version of the video to YouTube or Vimeo and paste the link into the virtual tour field. The link travels with the rest of the listing data to Zillow and other portals; Zillow says a tour link added in the MLS "syndicates to most major sites". Many MLSs require unbranded media there:
- HiCentral MLS says its Virtual Tour URL field "is for unbranded media only" (HiCentral).
- Bright MLS takes unbranded tours as links and puts branded tour URLs in agent remarks (Bright MLS).
- MLS Now says a YouTube video can't show your name, company or website links (MLS Now).
Some MLSs don't accept YouTube links at all, so check yours. For the MLS, export a 16:9 version without the agent card, and use a paid export, since trial videos carry a watermark.
On social media. Post the 9:16 version with your agent card to Reels, TikTok and Shorts. Our listing video marketing playbook covers hooks and posting cadence.
What are the limits?
- The link has to be public. If the listing is private, off-market or behind a login, the tool can't read it. Upload the photos instead.
- Other sites need uploads. VidListings reads the eight portals above. For a brokerage site or an MLS page, download the photos and upload 5 to 30 of them.
- The video is only as good as the photos. Motion can't fix dark, crooked or low-resolution listing photos.
- No voiceover and no automatic captions in VidListings. The video is motion, music and the text you type. If you need narration, several tools in the table offer it. You can add captions in the Instagram or TikTok editor.
- Check every clip. Any AI motion tool can drift and invent details. VidListings keeps clips to 3 seconds because longer AI moves start inventing details, and you can make a new version of a single clip up to 10 times per video. Our guide to AI real estate videos has a review checklist.
- Optional effects change the photo. Day to night, Empty to furnished and Restage edit the image on purpose. If you use them, follow your MLS's altered-media rule. ARMLS, for example, asks for a "Digitally Altered" watermark or those words in the description on videos and virtual tours (ARMLS).
- The free trial is short. It gives you 2 videos of up to 15 seconds (5 photos), with a watermark and no card needed.
If you have a listing link handy, paste it into VidListings and see the video it makes.
